Very nice, very fast service
Worse customer service that I have dealt with in a long time. I was told Wednesday that I would receive a call about my missing "delivered" package in 2 hours, that went by & nothing. I called back & was told that I would receive a call by 8am this morning, that never happened. I called at 9am this morning & was told that I would receive a call in 20 minutes, & that never happened, so once again I called back at 10:45 & FINALLY spoke to someone. I was told that my package was delivered to the store owners home (the tracking info states delivered to my front door). I don't know who the store owner is & told the Fed Ex lady that & she said "whatever". I asked, did you just say whatever to me & she changed her tone. If something states that it has been delivered to your front door then it should be there....not some one else's home! My property is CLEARLY marked with our name address #. There is absolutely NO excuse for this. I paid $22.60 to get this delivered on 6/1 in order to have it today for a party, but jokes on me.....I came to a party empty handed because my package is somewhere else. I have called & spoke to Fed Ex numerous times about delivering my stuff to other places & still, here we are again. I will try to use anyone but FED EX on any & all packages that I can from now on. It's funny how Fed Ex did this yesterday but UPS showed up......
I ordered an item on Wednesday December 18th with the option for two-day shipping. It was set to be here on Monday December 23. Despite the tracking information showing that it was on the truck, it never showed. Now, it is December 24 and the item is still not here. I tried calling to see if I could meet up with them at the shipping center to collect my item, but to no avail. They just got ahold of the driver who said he'd be there by 8 (which he was supposed to do yesterday). This is COMPLETELY unacceptable, and the shoddy service FedEx gave is atrocious. Also, I ordered items the following Saturday that were here by December 23 via UPS. What the hell is FedEx's excuse?
I've been waiting a week for a very important package to arrive -- well today was the delivery day and I wasn't home to receive it because I have a job. I called to request them hold it for me to pick it up after work, the customer representative said that is not possible today and I can either have them try again tomorrow or hold at their other location 41 miles away. DO NOT USE FEDEX UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
