Usually is a nice place. However I work night shift and it's nice to get food before going to bed but they weren't open when we got their at almost 6: 15 am and their Dairy Queen usually opens at 5. Wasn't impressed with that. Overall a nice place to eat.
Service at the Huntingburg DQ is pretty hit or miss. I've had a half hour wait time on a single frappe in the past week, and have been told they 'don't have' certain items anymore on several occasions (as in no longer serving or on the menu) despite me returning a week later and asking for (and receiving) the exact same thing that they claimed they no longer served. My rating is based entirely on service received - I generally avoid this DQ if my friends/family will compromise for another form of fast food.
The lady that took my order has been here forever. She was very rude. I had to wait for my food a couple minutes but I'm ok with that. It was all hot. The chicken stops almost tasted burnt. Too crispy to eat the small end of them. The fries, gravy, and blizzard were all good.
Food was ok. Service was awful! The girl couldn't be bothered to place my change in my hand, she literally just dropped it in the middle of the counter and walked off. We had to stop her and ask for our cups which came with an eye roll and most of the tables were dirty.
Whether I go inside or use the drive thru, I am always greeted with a smile and served good food at a great price.
