Sometimes the kiosk does not work and you will have to drive to a different town to return your DVDs or rent any the best way to check to make sure that it's up and running is to try and reserve a movie on their app and if it says they're not accepting reservations at this time then you know that that terminal is shut down other than that I suggest getting the app you get a lot more bang for your buck every day there's always a deal and every 10 DVDs you rent you get one free or Blu-ray
