In the past was great, but always have to wait over an hour just to get in.. last few times they didn't help, last time I was given a med I didn't need.. ended up going to ER and Dr there couldn't understand why they gave me the meds.. I think I'll go to medical of Dubois

The bed side manner of the nurse practitioner is lacking. First time someone said we were too sick to help. Then continues to act like she is all that. Better take another ethics class lady! You may smart off to the wrong person someday.
Everytime I've gone there, I feel like they downgrade my symptoms. Just give me steriod pills which dont do anything. Last time I went, I asked about chills because I was going back and forth from hot to cold. Nurse told me I had no fevor and when I asked her what I could do for it, she kind of laughed and said a warm blanket. Seriously, when you go to places like this you expect to be treated fairly and kind. I used to like going here when I was sick but I feel like now I have no desire. Treat people right and dont mock them when they are sick.
Fast service, but I will not be coming here again.
