They had to make several return trips when replacing furnace. Charged for several hours of work that weren't performed. Ultimately left me high and dry when the A/C stopped working. I thought I had found a new local HVAC person, and come to find out they are more interested in Bedford's business. I switched to another local company and am much happier. AirMaster needs to learn some professionalism and customer service.
